The way LKQi treats its people and goes out of its way to help members achieve their career goals or deal with their personal issues is something I haven’t seen it elsewhere. There’s a feeling with the LKQi culture that we’re all one big happy family and that makes a huge difference when it’s time for me to start my day. I remember asking my interviewer “What excites you about LKQi?” He said, “We are a family”. Now being a part of LKQi I absolutely agree with his response. The warmth is not limited to me or members alone, but it is felt by my parents as well.
