Stepping Up: Blood Donation Drive
One of our most impactful recent activities was our participation in the Blood Unity Drive, presented by the LPA Foundation. LKQ India was proud to be a co-sponsor of this powerful event, which brought together employees, partner organisations, and members of the public in a shared act of generosity. Our team members volunteered their time — and in many cases, their blood — to ensure that those in need have access to this life-saving resource.
When companies and communities come together with a common purpose, the impact is far greater than any one organisation could achieve alone.
Our employees walked away with certificates of appreciation, but more importantly, with the knowledge that their contribution could save lives.
Empowering Youth: The “I Build Me” Programme
Education is one of the most powerful tools for lasting social change. That’s why LKQ India partnered with United Efforts to bring the I Build Me initiative to a Government Boys’ School in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The programme is designed to help students discover their potential, build confidence, and think more clearly about their futures.
Our team of volunteers visited the school, spending time with hundreds of students in classroom sessions focused on self-development, career awareness, and goal-setting. The energy in the room was palpable — students were engaged, curious, and eager to learn. For our volunteers, it was equally rewarding: a reminder of why community connection matters and the difference that showing up can make.
