When I joined LKQi 5 years ago, I wondered why there were no women managers and aspired to be one. My career aspirations were on one side and my doubts on the other. Often thought if ever an opportunity would come my way to be a part of the Leadership Team.

LKQi gave me the platform and opportunity to prove myself. With a lot of help, mentoring, and guidance I was able to step into managerial role which was very much challenging and interesting as well.

Being a member of the Leadership Team today, I realize the time and efforts spent on member’s well-being and to create a safe and secure working environment for all, especially its women members. LKQi is a perfect place where everyone is treated equally and opportunities are given to all, irrespective of gender.
