Today after working with this great organization for almost 10 long years I can proudly say that this has been one of the best decisions of my life to date. LKQi values its members for their talent and makes sure that they are recognized and rewarded at the right time. I joined this organization working on supplier pricing, with the Pricing and Analytics team. With excellent grooming and guidance from the leadership team, I was recognized during annual awards.

Later, I was provided with an opportunity to support the Accounts Receivable team. Being from the non-accounting background it was a challenging task ahead for me. LKQi leadership team played a vital role in my career transformation – trained and coached me on the domain knowledge and also on people management skills. Today for me to be in a leadership role, undoubtedly LKQi leadership team is the major motivator.
